MESSENGER - Nothing Remains After You DCD

Double CD edition which compiles two rare recordings from the Polish underground metal scene of the early 1990s. The first CD contains the „Nothing Remains After You“ demo from 1994 consisting of 12 songs, totalling at 54 Minutes. The second CD contains the „Abortion Thoughts“ demo from 1992 with 4 songs lasting 29 minutes.

Originally circulating through the tape-trading network, these recordings capture the Sanok, PL based band delivering an authentic take on metal in general. The material moves naturally between aggressive thrash attacks and moody, unconventional passages, showcasing a band unafraid to experiment with song structures, unusual interludes, and unexpected cover interpretations. Think of a blend of technical thrash metal with progressive structures, dark doom/death atmospheres creating an experimental yet still very Metal and cohesive result. Across both demos, Messenger showcase some bleak melodic attempts that set them apart from many contemporaries of the Eastern European underground.

Long regarded as a hidden gem among collectors and underground metal enthusiasts, Nothing Remains After You stands out for its strong musicianship, atmospheric depth, and authentic old-school Polish metal identity.
